OUR MISSION
In 2014, the Pure Press Juicery dream began. We had two big decisions on our hands, which type of juicer we wanted and what type of produce to use. We went with the best options: a cold press juicer and 100% organic produce. Once we got that figured out, we started juicing for ourselves. We saw how great it made us feel and couldn’t help but share it with our friends and family. They also couldn’t get enough of the benefits that the juice brought. The next step was to introduce cold pressed juice to our Lake Charles community by selling it at the Cash & Carry and Charlestown Farmers Markets. Four years later, after much support and encouragement from the Lake Area community, we decided to take a huge leap of faith and open up our shop in the downtown area.
Opening PPJ has brought us a ton of joy & much closer to our community. The people we get to connect with everyday makes it all worth while. We strive to be more than just a juice bar. PPJ’s goal is to bring a healthy awareness to the community of Lake Charles. This has been encouraged by every single soul that walks through our door.

In 2014, the Pure Press Juicery dream began. We started selling our juices at the Cash & Carry and Charlestown Farmers Markets in downtown Lake Charles. Four years later, after a lot of love, hard work and just a dash of fun we opened our first shop.
The support from our friends, family and community has been overwhelming! The road to get here has been long, but you have all continued to make it worth every step. We’re proud to be in Lake Charles and promote a healthy lifestyle through our juice and foods.
It’s watermelon season & we got 2 amazing variations. Golden watermelons are much sweeter than their red cousin & have notes of honey and apricot. We add a bit of jalapeño for a sweet heat combo. Our current red combo is mixed with mint & lime. Think of a watermelon Mojito flavor. ✌🏽💚🍉 .
